本丸味とは

HONMARU-AJI is a product inspired by the famous Spanish dish "Ajillo."
It offers the delicate umami of pork oil that does not lose to the flavor of olive oil.
In Japanese cuisine, the term "Kaerimi" is used to describe not an intense burst of umami, but the lingering deliciousness felt after eating.
We carefully cook domestically sourced, top-quality pork fat in a pressure cooker every three hours to create a freshly made pork oil that has a detectable sweetness.

If you prefer a lighter flavor, enjoy the ramen with less oil to experience the soup's original taste.

It's expensive but has a rich flavor, and it's sourced directly from Aomori Prefecture.Please enjoy it by using the crusher as described below.
