We carefully cook domestically sourced, top-quality pork fat in a pressure cooker every three hours to create a
freshly made pork oil that has a detectable sweetness.
If you prefer a lighter flavor, enjoy the ramen with less oil to experience the soup's original taste.
It's expensive but has a rich flavor, and it's sourced directly from Aomori Prefecture.Please enjoy it by using the crusher as described below.
