Thanks to your support, we celebrated our 62nd anniversary of establishment on October 28, 2023.
We have been fortunate to have been able to continue to operate various restaurants for
more than half a century together with the city of Ikebukuro,
which has flourished dramatically since the end of World War II,
thanks to our relationships prominent people in the community and the
consideration of various related individuals.
Mutekiya will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2024 since its opening in 1994,
after a request from the current store building owner to open the shop here.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all of our customers
for their patronage and support.
We profoundly value the daily experiences of our customers over the past 30 years,
as well as the ingredients that are delivered daily to Mutekiya from our producers.
We will continue to put our "spirit and gratitude" into each bowl of ramen,
and with the passion and enthusiasm that we put into the name of our restaurant,
our employees and staff will always keep in mind our original intentions and will
continue to work tirelessly to achieve even greater heights over the next ten years.

Our work is measured and evaluated by our customers in every aspect,
so we are committed to serving each and every one individually,
constantly improving our service, and enhancing quality to express our gratitude
in every bowl of ramen. We aim to make the restaurant an important community for our customers.
The restaurant is also energized by the atmosphere of all the staff there,
who develop their skills by demonstrating their abilities in a dynamic manner.
In addition, through cooperation and consideration for others, we aim to achieve a
relationship of trust and the joy of working together,
resulting in the realization of a spiritual and lifestyle enrichment.
We hope that 2024 will be a year filled with bright vitality as
COVID-19 is coming to an end and we move from an era of beginnings to
the next phase for all those who have overcome the COVID-19 pandemic.
