You may not cut the line.

Please get in line once all members of your group have arrived. If a few members of a group line up first and hold a place for their friends, this is considered cutting in line.In Japan, one will get in trouble when violating rules, so if you come late, please go to the end of the line.

It is prohibited to smoke in this area by regulation. Please note that anyone who violates the regulation will be imposed to pay the fine. It is also prohibited to smoke inside the restaurant.

Not all group members will necessarily be able to sit at adjacent tables.

It is refused for hygiene reasons to bring back the leftovers of the product and the order product other than the souvenir.

The group may be divided between several separate tables. Please note that single customers waiting in line behind your group may be seated before tables for your group are ready. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

We do not have table seating. We only have 17 seats at the counter.

Strollers, wheelchairs, and suitcases are not allowed in the store.
If placed outside the store, please manage it at your own responsibility.

We only accept cash. If you are coming in a group, we will combine the bill for all members of the group.

For the sake of customers waiting outside, please refrain from lingering after your meal.
